Our Mission
Action on Dementia Sunderland is a voluntary organisation that was formed to provide support to people who have dementia, their families, carers and friends. We aim to raise awareness of the issues and needs around dementia and to promote increased access to support and information services for individuals with dementia and their families. We guarantee that all funds raised and donations received will be used to benefit people within the City of Sunderland.
Our Priority
Our current priority is to improve the quality of life for people with dementia, their families and carers. We do this by enabling both to engage with people in the community actively.
